Come areas seem to be weathering this better than others. Hearing that there are issues in Boulder with Comcast. As this is a major university and high-tech hub, not surprised if sustained surge traffic is exceeding capacity.
I suspect we will see further increases as lock down gets more severe and as students shift from time off to actual distance learning.
