Running a gigabit ISP not that expensive after all

From Ernesto Falcon at EFF. Several small gigabit ISPs, like Chattanooga's muni-owned EPB, have made public financial information. Apparently, they are either much more efficient than the large commercial ISPs or it is not nearly as expensive to scale up as ISPs would like their customers to believe.
