osewalrusPeople in W. VA were shocked and amazed when the FCC found that 7 counties in W.VA had 100% coverage by at least 1 provider offering 25/3 fixed broadband (the official definition of broadband), with several more counties at almost 100% penetration.

Now that W.VA is "served" rather than "unserved," it is no longer eligible for several federal grants.
"I guess we can pay for our imaginary broadband with all that imaginary money."
